Since their second date when Thomas rigged a camera to a shaky ledge in Meredith’s apartment for a live jazz performance, life and work have been intertwined. Over the last decade, they’ve created brands, films, websites, photography, and a family together. This space is a collection of the commercial work and personal projects that are in video format.
Their approach to filmmaking is intuitive. Never starting with a storyboard or script, only questions, then more questions, and then better questions. Slowly and always in collaboration with the subject, the story reveals itself. Visually, they are drawn to the raw nature of documentary filmmaking and combine this with a cinematic lighting style.
